Purpose: To experience a two week spiritual retreat,
enjoying daily spiritual practices as well as numerous visits
to some of the most spectacular scenic
places in Southern Chile.

Surroundings:
The cabin is part of a 200 acres farm and is sorrounded by gardens with meditation nooks, flowers, a small lake with lotus flowers, farm animals, a vegetable garden and a never missing cat who owns the whole place. Here some pictures...

Safety -- The “Region de los Lagos” is one of the safest,
if not the absolute safest, in the country.
Additionally the cabin is in a gated
area of the farm (picture below)

1st Day:

Morning Arrival:You will land at Puerto Montt Airport
early in the morning, and we'll be there to pick you up
and take you to your cabin (approximately a 30-minute drive). Flights from Santiago typically
arrive around 6 am.

• Morning Rest: Given the likelihood of feeling
somewhat tired upon arrival, the first morning is
reserved for rest in your cabin to recharge. In your
cabin, you'll find coffee, bread, eggs, and cheese to
prepare your breakfast at your convenience.

• 1:00 pm, Lunch: You are invited to join Viviana
and Gian for lunch at their home (within walking
distance from your cabin).

• Supermarket: After lunch, we will accompany you to
a supermarket in Puerto Varas, allowing you to purchase groceries for the first week of your stay. Referencing the schedule below, you can plan for how many times you'll be having meals at your cabin, estimating the amount of food needed for this initial week. We'll also take you to a coffee shop where you‘ll find specific items like the best bread, cheese, and coffee. You should return to your cabin around 6:30 pm to enjoy a break and prepare for the evening Satsang program.

Renting a Car: You will need a car to move around,
and enjoy visiting places. We will bring you to a rent-a-car where you‘ll get a fair price and chose
the right vehicle for you.

• 6:30 am, Private Light Dinner and Relaxation at
Your Cabin.


• 7:15 am, Guided Meditation and Satsang with Gian.This program is expected to last 1 to 1 1/2 hours,

Care of the Body-Mind Organism” and Hatha Yoga Classes.
The aim of this morning program is to
introduce, discuss and experience strategies pertaining
“how to take good care of the human body-mind
organism.” Hatha Yoga, when presented, will be tailored
to your individual level. Every session will commence
and conclude with a guided meditation or relaxation.

• 10:00 am, Breakfast. Following the class, you will
return to your cabin for a private breakfast.

• 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Orientation Meeting with
Gian and Viviana.
This meeting will be focussed on
sharing with you what are some of the best places to visit
in this touristic area, and what such trips entail, in regard
to driving and roads to tavel through.

1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Free Time -- you can visit places, relax in your cabin, enjoy the gardens, take a walk,
meditate, read, or contemplate. Aim returning to your
cabin around 7 pm.

• 7:15 pm, Private Light Dinner and Relaxation at
Your Cabin.

• 8:00 pm, Guided Meditation and Satsang with Gian.This program is expected to last 1 to 1 1/2 hours,

organism.” Hatha Yoga, when presented, will be tailored
to your individual level. Every session will commence
and conclude with a guided meditation or relaxation.

• 10:00 am, Breakfast. Following the class, you will
return to your cabin for a private breakfast.

• 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: Free Time -- you can relax in your cabin, enjoy the gardens, take a walk,
meditate, read, or contemplate.

• 1:00 pm: Lunch at Las Brasas Restaurant in Puerto Varas. We'll take you to this renowned restaurant known
for its unique Chilean seafood and exceptional barbecue meats. If you have dietary preferences such as being
vegan or vegetarian, kindly inform us in advance.

• 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Explore Puerto Varas. Visit the city's Arts and Craft stores, and enjoy an early dinner at Mahuen Coffee Shop. Indulge in German kuchen, hot sandwiches, and espresso or American coffee. This popular coffee spot is situated on the shores of Llanquihue Lake, offering a beautiful view of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. Puerto Varas is a delightful and safe city to walk, get acquaited with the culture and enjoy great views to the Llanquihue lake and its volcanoes -- Osorno and Calbuco. Aim returning to your cabin around 7 pm.

• 11:00 am: Visit to the German Pilgrims Museum. Enjoy a guided tour with a fluent English-speaking personal guide, likely Viviana. The tour concludes at the Museum's Coffee Shop, where you can savor German kuchen and espresso or American coffee.

• 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Free Time -- you can visit
places, relax in your cabin, enjoy the gardens, take a

10:30 am to 12:00 noon: Free Time -- you can relax in your cabin, enjoy the gardens, take a walk,
meditate, read, or contemplate. Aim returning to
the cabin around 12 noon.

• 12:30 noon, Reiki Healing Session with Viviana
at the Healing Room


• 2:00 pm, Private Lunch at Your Cabin.

• 3 pm to 6 pm, Free Time. Use this time visit places, or
rest in your cabin, enjoy the gardens, take a walk,
meditate, read or contemplate. Aim to be back at your cabin around 6 pm.

• 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm, Guided Meditation and
Satsang with Gian.
This program is expected to last
1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on participants' questions.
Feel free to note down questions significant to your journey towards Awakening, or if Awakening has already occurred,
bring queries relevant to embodying the Awakening.

8:30 pm Dinner at an excellent local Japanese Restaurant, that combines classic Japanese food with
some Chilean cuisine.

We will bring you to Puerto Montt‘s Airport early in the morning on time to get your flight.

Note: The above retreat program is subject to changes due
to weather conditions, the needs of the retreatans, as well
as Viviana‘s and Gian‘s needs. If adjustments are necessary, we will discuss them with you as

• The retreat cost of u$150/day for one person, and $160 for two, covers round-trip transportation to the airport, lodging, and all spiritual, healing and other activities
described above.

The Price Does Not Include:

1- Your airline tickets.

2- The cost of renting your car.

4- Your restaurant and coffee shop bills.

6- Any additional costs of your trips to visit places.
